Agustín Carstens

Agustín Carstens is a Mexican economist and central banking expert with a career spanning academia, international finance, and policy-making. Holding a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Chicago, Carstens has held various high-profile positions, including serving as the General Manager of the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) since 2017. Prior to his role at the BIS, he served as the Governor of the Bank of Mexico and played a crucial role in steering Mexico's monetary policy and financial stability during his tenure. With his insights into global financial systems and extensive experience in economic governance, Agustín Carstens brings a wealth of knowledge to discussions on international finance, central banking, and economic policy.

Thomas J. Jordan

Thomas Jordan is a Swiss economist renowned for his leadership as the Chairman of the Governing Board of the Swiss National Bank (SNB), a position he has held since 2012. With a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Berne, his expertise lies in steering monetary policy, managing foreign exchange reserves, and ensuring financial stability. Jordan has not only shaped Switzerland's economic landscape but also become an influential figure in global monetary discussions. He represents Switzerland on the Board of Directors of the Bank for International Settlements, the Financial Stability Board, and the International Monetary Fund's Board of Governors.

Carolin Roth

Carolin Roth is a freelance moderator and journalist, recognized for her contributions to business reporting and discussion facilitation. With a career at CNBC, she moderated various prominent shows including "Capital Connection", "Squawk Box Europe", "Worldwide Exchange", and "Closing Bell", establishing herself as a skilled communicator in the finance domain. Carolin holds a Master in Banking and Finance from the University of Zurich and a Bachelor in International Economics and Finance from Tilburg University.
